Our attorneys’ diverse and extensive experience includes:

• Representing lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures of multifamily residential rental housing developments
• Conducting numerous foreclosure sales of multifamily residential rental housing developments as a certified foreclosure commissioner by the Department of Housing and Urban Development

We have represented various types of lending institutions on such matters as:

• Assisting financial institutions including Premier Bank and SunTrust/Truist Bank, nontraditional lenders and housing authority clients with loan workouts under numerous loan programs
• Represented numerous financial institutions to facilitate non-judicial foreclosures.
