Phillip Lecky is an Associate attorney at Harrell & Chambliss LLP, with primary practice areas in civil litigation, criminal litigation, landlord-tenant matters and family law. Phillip is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A.) and William and Mary Law School (J.D.). He has worked with private firms primarily in the metropolitan Richmond, Virginia area in various fields prior to joining Harrell & Chambliss including local government tax collection; bankruptcy; family law; wills, trusts and estates; criminal misdemeanors; traffic; collections; and landlord-tenant matters. Phillip has also had the privilege of providing multifaceted representation within the practice areas including drafting of legal documents including complaints, answers, demurrers, pleas in bar, counterclaims, crossclaims, notices, motions, memorandums of law; discovery; legal research; settlement discussions and drafts; client trial preparation; and general motion and trial preparation.
