Stephen Moncrieffe is an Associate attorney in H&C, with primary practice areas in civil and criminal litigation.  Mr. Moncrieffe is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S.) and the T. C. Williams School of Law (J.D.).  Prior to joining Harrell & Chambliss, Stephen managed his own firm and provided litigation services, representing private clients in all general matters including civil, criminal, traffic, and family matters.  Stephen also has served as general counsel to a full-service construction, facility maintenance, and asset management company headquartered in Virginia and provided direct leadership to the legal team managing all trials and mediations, including research and preparation work (motions practice, discovery, etc.).
